Winter Garden residents are going to have a new way to get in shape this fall. Hardcore Fitness, which originally started in California, is moving into the neighborhood in October. The 8,200-square-foot gym is opening in Beulah Commerce Center. They specialize in boot-camp group training.

This is the second Hardcore Fitness in Central Florida. The first location is in Winter Park and currently boasts over 600 members. Co-owners Nick Buzetti and Alexis Linares have owned that gym for three years and they have an extensive background in the fitness industry. They are hoping for similar success in Winter Garden.

The outpost should get off to a fast start with some great specials for new members. Those who sign up any time before September 12 get 50% off their initiation fee and others who register between September 13-October 18 get the $125 60-day challenge for free.

Each day, there are eight one-hour group training classes in the boot camp or fight camp categories. Boot camp focuses on resistance training and weight-lifting while the fight camp consists of a boxing class with an emphasis on cardio.

Hardcore Fitness’ workout programs are a bit different from other gyms because they still incorporate a personal workout style into their group setting. They focus on isolated muscle training.

In addition to boot camp and fight camp classes, Hardcore Fitness also offers a 60-day Fat Loss Challenge designed for those looking to make radical changes. The gym will operate seven days a week, with most classes being held in the morning and afternoon.
